Director of Services
Tiffany Hook began her journey with Loudoun Serenity House (LSH) in 2022 as a volunteer Peer Recovery Specialist (PRS) for the women’s house while working toward her college degree. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in December 2022, achieved her Certified PRS designation in 2023, and became a Registered PRS in 2024. In addition, she became certified as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), further strengthening her ability to support individuals facing substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and related needs within the community.

In October 2024, Tiffany was appointed Project Coordinator for our Recovery Community Organization (RCO), where she managed a team of Peer Recovery Specialists while continuing to provide direct client support. In September 2025, she was promoted to Director of Services, a role in which she now oversees all RCO programs as well as housing operations for Loudoun Serenity House.

A staff member in long-term recovery, Tiffany integrates her lived experience with professional training to build authentic connections, mentor fellow CPRSs, and offer hope to individuals seeking recovery. Her leadership ensures that clients, staff, and residents are supported as they work together to build stability, wellness, and resilience.
