The Path to Purpose program will provide peer-based mentoring, education, and personal advocacy services aimed at empowering individuals on their journey of recovery from Substance Use Disorder.

Join us to begin a life-changing journey toward resilience and better mental health in our community!

Identify your personal life, goals and create a roadmap of how to achieve these goals

Obtain referrals to needed community services and get help navigating enrollment

Receive assistance applying for rental housing, employment, Medicaid, public benefit and other resources

Develop a personalized wellness plan that supports your recovery path

Family collaboration session that will support family development and a plan for ongoing connection workshops tailored to support long-term sobriety

Create a safety plan by identifying risky behavior and triggers

Feedback provided in a nonjudgmental and supportive way
